Thank you for your help, Mr Grepper! I'm using Windows 10, or something close, for the PC, and an iPhone. Getting the pictures from phone to PC is a wi-fi cinch. I just can't get them transfered to the Forum.
When I try to insert an image, it wants the picture in an "http" form, which is the bone of contention. I've never been able to post pictures to a forum without a host converting from jpeg, and I obviously mis-chose the villainous photobucket hijackers. I think I need to cut the hosting business out of the equation, so I installed Onedrive on the PC and phone this morning. They claim to be able to upload to forums, so hopefully I'm on a path that will work....?
