Seven years ago CBS did a segment about him called The Cutting Edge on their Sunday Morning News show. When asked how good he is at making knives, he replies, “Pretty good.”

I’ve almost pulled the trigger on this http://www.zwillingonline.com/34980133.html a couple of times, but could never quite bring myself to do it. I'd love to check out one of his knives but for what I do I can’t justify $150 for a 5” knife, and it’s not stainless. Sure is a pretty thing though and probably a fine knife. The same thing in his stainless line is Damascus, and costs $250.00.
