150BESS with clip

After opening Edge Lab A and some accessories.
Seems Rapid Edge's blade handled it's own works well.

If you are using test clips rather than the ATF, you may wish to read the following.  EOU recently redesigned their web site which broke in included PDF link, but the information is the same:

Thanks for reminding that!

I like that style of folding box cutter. I purpose-built one from two bodies and some other parts to make an all-metal folder (if it has a plastic blade-release button the plastic will likely fail before 25 blade changes), and converted the open-lockout button a sliding lockout button so the folder is locked until the button is pushed (standard use and operation), however the button can be slid 0.1mm up and that locks the button in the non-depressed position.

The down-side is there's no onboard blade storage on these folders.

150 reading * 1.2 conversion factor = 180 BESS

You should be able to get that down to under 100. If a convex edge is used I'd think 120 BESS would be reasonable for a sharp yet durable edge.
