Hello Wade. You're probably the guy who came up with Mules and Labradoodles. I think that's a neat knife and I don't care how straight the weld is I'd like to have it in my kitchen. When somebody figures out how to weld a disposable ceramic edge to a stainless steel blade we'll probably all be looking for something new to talk about. Great job!
